10 prizes to give away

Here’s a chance to win £30 worth of chicken feed for your birds from specialists Dodson & Horrell! There will be 10 winners of this superb prize!

What comes first, the chicken or the egg? In the case of Dodson & Horrell’s Countryside Range, it’s both!

With more than six products in their range, not only do they specialise in nutritious feed for chicks to laying hens, they have also developed a tasty Scratch Mix. Designed to complement the feeding of poultry and laying birds, it provides feed in a form that will encourages natural foraging behaviour which reduced boredom.

Recent research has shown that their Scratch Mix, a colourful and tasty blend of mixed-sized grains and seeds, entertains birds for longer, encouraging them to exhibit more signs of natural behaviour than conventional mixed corn.

Scratch Mix isn’t just for outdoor feeding either – it can be fed in amongst a floor covering of wood shavings, or sprinkled over a hay bale when inside. Fed at 15-25g per bird, Dodson & Horrell advise that this should be offered in addition to, rather than as a replacement of pellets or mash.

With feeds formulated by experts, vegetarian approved and using GM-free ingredients, the Dodson & Horrell Countryside Range of poultry feed has everything you need for your flock no matter how big or small or their life stage.

THE PRIZE: 10 winners will each receive £30 in Dodson & Horrell vouchers to be redeemed at Pets at home. Redeemable on Dodson & Horrell Countryside Range only.
