Here’s a chance to win a fantastic fruit press from Vigo Presses worth £257!

One lucky reader will bag best-selling 12-litre press, a firm favourite with families, for Apple Days and community groups alike! You can press any soft-seeded fruit as well as apples, such as grapes, pears, raspberries, strawberries and more.

The crossbeam makes all the difference; it swings away from the press so that you can crush your fruit directly into the basket and empty your used pulp really easily.

Grab a willing friend to help and it’s very efficient, easily producing up to 13.5 litres (3 gallons) of juice an hour. The press basket holds 11kg (24lbs) of crushed fruit.

The press is made using only the very best materials: cast iron for the base plate, legs, spindle nut and crossbeam, sustainable beech for the basket and stainless steel for the handle. It is a press that should last a lifetime. A straining bag is included.

Vigo Presses, based at Honiton, Devon, has 34 years of enthusiastic experience of apple juice, fruit juice, wine and cider making and of supplying an extensive range of fruit juicing equipment. Its fruit presses, apple presses and cider presses combine built-to-last construction and simplicity of operation with beautiful, traditional designs.
