Young and aspiring horticulturalists can get a valuable insight intothe workings of a viable commercial organic growing business during TheOrganic Futures 'Young Producer Weekend' at Hankham Organics, Pevensey, East Sussex, on 12-13 July 2008.The weekend, in partnership with the Soil Association, will cover practical and business issues, and highlight the importance of conservation and wildlife.The Organic Futures team has already been engaging with students at colleges around the country to inspire, inform and enable the next generation of organic farmers and growers to breathe new life into rural Britain."This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable technical insight," said Ben Raskin, Soil Association horticultural development manager.
