Chef Antony Worrall Thompson cooks up the new Mayan Gold potato
DECEMBER 2007: Leading chef Antony Worrall Thompson has demonstrated the best ways to cook the new Mayan Gold potato.
The potato was on show at the British Potato 2007 event at Harrogate in Yorkshire.
Attendance over the two days (November 28 and 29) was up, according to organisers the British Potato Council, and the event has been hailed by exhibitors as one of the best ever.
